By embedding the right behaviours from the front line to the top this ensures benefits are sustained

Government

Developed internal Lean consulting capability within a section of the Government. Delivering £8.3m of savings against a £2.5m target with a further £7.2m sustainable savings. By developing materials and a strategy, delivering 9 projects across front office and back office. Delivering training to excess of 500 people and coaching/mentoring staff to gain green belts.

Finance

Managed a lean operation management system implementation in Poland for a global beverage manufacture. Benefits were 25% capacity release, 17% reduction in overdue giving a €2.9m saving in just 14 weeks.

FMCG

Operations capability and cost reduction assessment of an international FMCG company; identified opportunities to increase plant efficiency and reduce waste savings of £11.4m. Delivered an extensive report on how to achieve a strategic 5 year plan, presented to Executive Board and secured multi-million pound investment to implement recommendations.
